Ralph van ‘t Klooster
What do you like most about your work?
As a project manager, I like that I work with clients across the world, getting to understand their culture and working habits. Each day is different and comes with interesting new insights and challenges. On top of that, I like presenting our reports to the customers and discussing the opportunities for cost savings and reductions, where I can really show our added value for them. But my role also allows me to work with all the people within B-lay, so interaction is not limited to just one expert group.
What do you like to do most when you aren’t working?
I like to spend time with my family (wife, 2 daughters and a dog). When there is still time left I like to play football or tennis, read a good book (preferably fantasy or suspense) or play puzzle games.
What is the latest lesson you’ve learned?
No matter how old or experienced you are, you never stop learning new things. So don’t assume you know already everything, but stay curious and challenge yourself to be better.
What superpower would you like to have?
I would like to fly and be free as a bird to go wherever I want and explore.
