Oracle Corporation has sold its licenses for many years through its standard licensing models and metrics, but reintroduced approximately a year ago the so called “Pool of Funds” agreement. Some end-users can benefit of this type of license agreement where other end-users might not. But is everyone having a clear understanding of what such a Pool of Funds license agreement actually means?
