B-lay Welcomes Richard Spithoven as Partner and General Director
Oracle’s Regional LMS Director Southern Europe to join B-lay.
Utrecht, The Netherlands; Feb 1, 2014 – B-lay, a European leader in Enterprise Software License Management activities, today announced the appointment of Richard Spithoven as a Partner. Mr. Spithoven brings more than nine years of relevant license management experience to his new role and previously served as Regional Director of Oracle Corporations Compliance organization in License Management Services.

Richard started his career in 2005 in Oracle as a Consultant, after which he fulfilled the role of Regional LMS Director for the Europe South region (including Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal) for a period of 4.5 years. In this role, Richard managed an expanding regional team and was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the LMS organization. Richard holds a master’s degree in IT, from the University of Amsterdam.
